New Patient Visit:

Includes (for a value of 120$):

1st Visit: Nutrition Response Testing, Health Express Analysis and full Health history (90 minutes)

plus

2nd Visit: Report of Findings & Personal Designed Clinical Nutrition Program (60 Minutes)

Bonus: New Patients can recieve a $15 Credit toward future nutritional visits when they attend their first Health Education Lecture within the first 4 weeks of their Nutritional Healthcare Program.

Nutrition Follow-up visits (usually about 15 minutes): $35

Extended Visits: $10/5 additional minutes

Children of clients who are currently on a Personalized Health Improvement Program may qualify for a 40% reduction off adult rate.

If both parents are on a Personalized Health Improvement Program, all children are followed for FREE!!

For single-parent families, all children are followed for FREE!

Senior Citizens: 10% additional discount.

Share the Care Program: Receive 30$ for each person who you refer in.

Missed Appointment Fee (Fee is charged if you miss your scheduled appointment and do not notify the office by 6pm the day PRIOR to your scheduled appointment to reschedule): $25

Insurances: Do you have a "consumer-driven" health plan like a medical savings account or flexible spending? If you do, holistic healthcare is the best place where you can spend your money. Full payment is required at the office at the time services are rendered. Nutritional visits and supplements are not covered by health insurance.
